Social Management Plan for Repsol's renewable projects in Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha

We work proactively and systematically to identify and understand stakeholder expectations regarding sustainability. These issues are integrated into our internal decision-making processes, thereby advancing the creation of economic, social, and environmental value. We achieve this through materiality analyses, which we conduct annually based on the GRI reporting standard, incorporating the concept of double materiality. The results of the analysis are validated and deployed through Local Development Plans.
