An initiative to bring Villena's natural heritage closer to its residents
The project proposes outdoor activities for each of the municipality's 13 neighborhood associations, focusing on daytime or nighttime interpretive tours to learn about the flora and fauna in the participants' immediate surroundings. Special emphasis is placed on the ecological processes occurring around us and the ecosystem services provided by species such as the Spanish toothcarp, bats, insectivorous birds, and birds of prey.
